Lovell Partnerships

We have a partnership agreement with Lovell that we have just started.

The agreement involves the whole refit of the DDH housing stock from complete rewires, fuse board upgrades, electric showers, smoke detectors and heating systems.

Delec Ltd is now involved with Airey homes which are properties mostly found in the villages where there was a need for affordable homes after the war. They were quick and easier to build than the more traditional brick built homes. These homes are now being completely gutted on the insides to provide the tenants with all the modern conveniences of a new home!

Haynes & Sons - Daventry Town Football Club

We have just completed Daventry Town Football Club’s new club house which involved a planned lighting scheme, ventilation throughout all the many changing and shower rooms, as well as the outside lighting and fire alarm system.

We also fitted a new mains room and wiring of the new heating system.

Westleigh Developments Ltd - The Point, Mkt H’bgh

Delec Ltd was contracted for the electrical installation work for Westleigh Developments Ltd on the commercial office site, The Point, Market Harborough.

This contract involved the complete installation of the following:

Fire alarm systems, office lighting schemes, dado trunking around the offices to provide not only the all the socket requirement but also the BT and computer points.

We also installed floor boxes to provide power and computer points where needed, as well as air conditioning and heating to each unit. As part of the works we provided the electrical installation to a £2 million building called The Joules Building. This building was spread over three floors and provided us with a challenge, not only to provide a high spec but also to deliver on a tight time scale and we are please to say we met both!!

Rybrook Services Ltd

The works with Ryland are motorcar show rooms up and down the country for manufacturers such as Jaguar to BMW.

We get involved with the Periodic test and Inspection of these showrooms, workshops and also the offices within them.

Case New Holland (CNH)

This is a large industrial building in Daventry where we carry out all maintenance and planned works as well as testing and inspections on a regular basis.
