Daventry District Housing (DDH)
We currently undertake day to day maintenance for DDH, which includes anything from a broken socket or light fitting, to shower repairs or replacements.
We also carry out works on what is classed as a void: this is when a property is vacated by a tenant and before it is re-let Delec will repair or replace any electrical items/fittings in order for the house to have new tenants.
We also provide 24/7 call out service for DDH and as part of our day to day maintenance for them we look after their many retirement homes throughout the county.
Future’s Housing Group (FHG)
As part of the works that we carry out with DDH we also work alongside Future Homes in the total refit of the lighting schemes in a number of their residential care homes and their single tenant apartment blocks in the county.
After carrying out a programme of periodic testing on these properties we have completed a series of electrical upgrades to bring them in line with BS7671.
Rugby Borough Council (RBC)
Delec Ltd undertakes day to day maintenance which includes the repair or replacement of any electrical items within the property.
In addition to this we periodic testing and rewiring. We also get involved in some planned maintenance from time to time.
