Avoncroft Homes Ltd

Delec Ltd has provided services for Avoncroft Homes Ltd on two of its recent new build sites, one being in Chipping Norton, the other being in Bourton near Banbury.

Avoncroft specialise in building homes that fit in with the existing homes in the area surrounding their sites. With the project in Chipping Norton they built their new homes of stone to compliment the other homes around the site. We provided complete 1st and 2nd fixes to these homes. The site in Bourton is ongoing and has a mixture of flats and houses which we are again providing the complete 1st and 2nd fix to these homes.
